2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Service provision and account management: performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Payment processing and legal compliance: compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Optional features based on consent: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where required.

3. Data Transfer and Processing

Talks4You processes data within the European Economic Area (EEA) where possible. If any processing involves a country outside the EEA, we only rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and adequate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

We may share personal data only with:

• technology and hosting providers,
• payment service providers where applicable,
• legal, regulatory, or public authorities when required by law.

4. Google User Data Access

Talks4You integrates with Google services only when explicitly authorized by the service provider.

• Google Sign-In: used for authentication. We may access basic Google account profile information such as the user's name and e-mail address.
• Google Calendar: if the service provider enables calendar synchronization, Talks4You may access the Google Calendar data necessary to create, synchronize, and manage booking-related calendar events.
• Google Drive: if the service provider enables Google Drive integration, Talks4You may use the necessary Google Drive access to transfer uploaded client files directly to the service provider's Google Drive account.

Google user data is accessed only to provide the functionality explicitly enabled by the service provider.

5. How We Use Google User Data

• To authenticate the user through Google Sign-In.
• To synchronize booking-related events with the service provider's Google Calendar when calendar sync is enabled.
• To upload client files directly to the service provider's Google Drive when Drive integration is enabled.

Talks4You does not use Google user data for advertising purposes, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data for any purpose unrelated to the functionality requested by the user.

6. Google User Data Sharing

Talks4You does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service or where disclosure is required by law.

When Google Drive upload is enabled by the service provider, uploaded files are transferred directly to the service provider's own Google Drive account as part of the requested functionality.

7. Google Data Storage and Protection

Talks4You stores only the minimum Google-related data required for the enabled feature.

• If Google Calendar synchronization is enabled, we may store the service provider's Google e-mail address and the related OAuth tokens necessary for calendar synchronization.
• If Google Drive integration is enabled, we may store the service provider's Google e-mail address and the related OAuth tokens necessary for Drive upload functionality.

All data transmission is secured using HTTPS. Access to stored tokens and related account data is restricted and limited to the operation of the enabled service. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or deletion.

8. Google Data Retention and Deletion

Talks4You stores Google-related data only for as long as the relevant feature remains enabled or the user account remains active.

• If the service provider disables Google Calendar synchronization in the administrative interface, all related Calendar tokens and related stored data are deleted.
• If the service provider disables Google Drive integration in the administrative interface, all related Drive tokens and related stored data are deleted.
• If the service provider deletes their Talks4You account using the account deletion function in the administrative interface, all associated account data, including stored Google e-mail address data and OAuth tokens, are deleted from our system.

Talks4You does not store client Google account data for booking submissions and does not store files uploaded to Google Drive. Uploaded files are transferred to the service provider's Google Drive account.

9. Data Subject Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your personal data,
• the right to request rectification of inaccurate data,
• the right to request erasure of your data,
• the right to request restriction of processing,
• the right to object to processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

10. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data and Google user data. These measures include secure HTTPS transmission, access control, and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data processed. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, for the duration of the contractual relationship, or as required by applicable law. Once the relevant retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.

13. Child Protection

Talks4You services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
